Terms and Conditions

• The rentee takes full responsability for rental equipment
• The Bycicles are costantly controlled (there are no damages at the frame, at the brakes, at the wheels and at the handlebars) any damage which occured during the hireis at the cost of the consumer.
• E bycicles are hired after deposing an identity card which will be returned at the end of the hire service.
• E costumer is liable for not leaving the bycicles to other people, for taking care and for never leaving the bike without control.
• The customer are responsible for returning the bicycles within the fixed period of time for any delay the price will be increased.
• As the bikes have no lights, its use in tunnel is strictly forbidden.
• In case of a contention in the interpretation of the above mentioned rules the Italian version has priority.
• In case of contention, the trial will be disputed in Udine.
